DESCRIPTION:Register for the 2026 Local Soap Box Derby which will be held on Saturday\, June 20th! Piedmont Area Soap Box Derby has cars available to loan to your interested racer! Come by on Sunday\, March 1st from 1:30 to 4:30pm at Paul Bates Raceway. You’ll be able to get a loaner car assigned and begin working on it to fit it to your potential racer. We are also hosting 2 Rally Races this Spring! Weather and time permitting your child may be able to have their trial runs and earn their racing license on March 1st! The deadline is so that it can be determined if we have enough racers for full points\, not so that we limit racers participating.\n$30 per racer per race OR $100 per racer if racing in all 4 of the racesEach division will be limited to 16 racers.A double and a single elimination race on both Saturday and Sunday.Check in is 7am both days.It will be a 2-4-2 progressive wheel swap.
